Randall (Randy) E. Ellington is founder and president of SmartWealth®, Inc., a Maitland, Florida firm working with financially successful individuals, professional practices, and businesses in the areas of estate, business, and financial planning.
He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), and Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designations. His education includes a law degree (JD)* from Temple University Law School and an engineering degree (BS Engineering) from Case Western Reserve University.
Randy has 13 years of experience as a business and tax trial attorney. Though he hasn’t been engaged in the practice of law for many years, he is a member of The Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. His financial practice emphasizes a team approach to working with clients and serving their needs.
Randy is a Past President of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council. He is also a Board Member Emeritus and Past President of the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Central Florida, an organization devoted to using the tragedy of the Holocaust as a tool for fighting bigotry and prejudice in all its forms.
Though Randy is “semi-retired,” enjoying traveling, bicycling, and most of all his grandchildren, he is always ready and eager to help his clients and all of those within the SmartWealth family.
